Terms for buying from Klimt Prints.
These terms explain how orders, delivery, returns and refunds work when you buy a framed poster from Klimt Prints.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use Klimt Prints or buy a framed print from us. Please read the product details, price, delivery information and these terms before placing an order.
2. Orders
When you place an order, we will acknowledge it by email. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised, stock or fulfilment is unavailable, or there is an obvious pricing or product description error.
3. Products
Our products are framed art posters. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen and small manufacturing tolerances can occur. Product pages show the intended size, materials and finish.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Klimt Prints is not currently VAT registered, so VAT is not charged separately. Payment is taken through a secure checkout provider before an order is confirmed.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We arrange delivery to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timings are estimates and can be affected by production, courier delays, incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts.
6. Returns and refunds
If you are a UK customer buying online, you usually have 14 days from receiving goods to tell the seller you want to cancel, then another 14 days to return them. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items should be reported as soon as possible with photos so we can help with a replacement or refund. These terms do not reduce your statutory rights.
7. Contact and disputes
If something goes wrong, contact Klimt Prints first so we can try to resolve it quickly. These terms are intended for a UK-based small business and should be reviewed before the site goes live.
